为了促进国内更高级别桥梁缆索用盘条的研发和实物质量水平的提升,试验选取了国外最好的典型桥梁缆索用盘条和钢丝样品,进行了较全面的检测。结果表明:该盘条强韧性好,抗拉强度≥1340 MPa,断面收缩率≥44%;没有采用微合金强化技术,仅在高碳高硅成分的基础上,通过Al脱氧来细化奥氏体晶粒,并通过组织细化来提高综合力学性能,其索氏体化率≥90%,珠光体片层间距0.18~0.22μm,夹杂物尺寸5~8μm,且中心碳偏析、脱碳层和表面质量均控制良好。
In order to promote the R & D and quality improvement of wire rods used in higher grade bridges in China, we selected the best wire rod samples and wire samples for bridge cables in our country and conducted a more comprehensive inspection.
