异小杆线虫是一种昆虫病原线虫,多年以来一直认为它的共生细菌都具有荧光的特性。我们从广东阳江海陵岛上所采集的异小杆线虫86H_1的标本中,分离出一株不发光的共生小杆菌。它与发光共生小杆菌一样,亦具备抗生性,其初生型亦有利于宿主线虫的大量繁殖。用EMB琼脂可区别该菌的初生型和次生型。根据其形态及培养特征,生理生化和血清学反应的特点,该菌在分类上可属于发光共生小杆菌Xenorhabdus luminescens。
Soleilotrichosis is an entomopathogenic nematode that has long been considered fluorescent in its symbiotic bacteria. We collected from the Hailing Island, Yangjiang, Guangdong 86H_1 specimens collected in the small, non-luminous isolated from a small bacillus. It is similar to the luminous commensal bacitracin, also has antibiotic, its primary type is also conducive to the host of large numbers of nematode breeding. EMB agar can be used to distinguish between the primary and secondary bacteria. According to the characteristics of its morphology and culture characteristics, physiological and biochemical and serological reactions, the bacteria in the classification may belong to the light-emitting Xobacter Xenorhabdus luminescens.
