目的检测miR-20b在肾癌及癌旁组织中的表达水平,分析miR-20b的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系,探究其临床意义。方法提取42例手术切除的肾癌及配对癌旁组织标本中的总RNA,经逆转录获得cDNA,通过实时荧光定量PCR检测研究标本中miR-20b的表达量,使用统计学软件分析miR-20b表达的差异及表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果 miR-20b在肾癌组织中的表达水平明显低于配对癌旁组织(P<0.05),其中有29例(69.048%)肾癌标本miR-20b表达下调。肾癌组织中miR-20b表达量与患者性别、年龄、肾癌组织类型、AJCC临床分期、TNM分期无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 miR-20b在肾癌组织中的表达明显下调,提示其可能和肾癌的发生发展相关。
Objective To detect the expression of miR-20b in renal cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of miR-20b and clinicopathological features and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The total RNA was extracted from 42 cases of surgically resected renal cell carcinoma and its adjacent tissues. The cDNA was reverse transcribed and the expression of miR-20b was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The statistical software was used to analyze the expression of miR-20b The difference of expression and the correlation between the expression level and clinicopathological features of patients. Results The expression of miR-20b in renal cell carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues (P <0.05). The expression of miR-20b in 29 cases (69.048%) was down-regulated. There was no significant correlation between the expression of miR-20b and the gender, age, type of renal cell carcinoma, clinical stage of AJCC and TNM stage in renal cell carcinoma (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of miR-20b in renal cell carcinoma was significantly down-regulated, suggesting that miR-20b may be associated with the development of renal cell carcinoma.
