教学工作是学校的中心工作。在学校管理工作中,如果忽视对教学工作的管理,就忽视了中心,忽视了根本。而教学管理的核心,是教学计划的质量管理,因为教学计划是学校实现培养目标的蓝图,是学校组织教学最重要的依据。教学计划的管理,就是人才质量的管理。因此,按照成人高校治理整顿的精神,我校把教学计划的质量管理工作列入学校管理的核心,按照“计划→执行→检查→总结”四个有序环节周期性地推动着整体管理活动的运行,(即:“PDCA”戴明环,美国统计学家、工程师W·E·戴明创立)取得一定成效。下面具体谈谈我们的认识和实践。
Teaching is the center of the school. In school management, ignoring the management of teaching work ignores the center and neglects the foundation. The core of teaching management is the quality management of teaching plan. Because the teaching plan is the blueprint for the school to achieve the goal of training, it is the most important basis for teaching in the school. Teaching plan management, that is, the quality of personnel management. Therefore, in accordance with the principles of rectification and management in adult colleges and universities, our school has put the quality management of teaching plans into the core of school management and periodically promoted the overall management activities in accordance with the four orderly steps of “planning → implementation → inspection → summary” (Ie, “PDCA” Deming Ring, American statistician and engineer W.E. Deming founded) have achieved some success. The following specific talk about our understanding and practice.
