组织胞浆菌病是由荚膜组织胞浆菌感染引起的慢性网状内皮系统疾病。本院1985年收治一例现报告如下: 女,17岁。低热,咳嗽,消瘦,颈部肿块20个月,外院X线胸片及淋巴结活检诊断为肺及颈淋巴结结核;用链霉素,雷米封等治疗一年。治疗期间颈部肿块穿破流脓自愈,但低热,咳嗽,消瘦未见好转。7个月前起双颊粘膜肿痛,溃烂,经注射青、链霉素无效。以往病史无特殊。体查:体温38℃,脉搏106,血压100/60,发育正常,营养欠佳、颈有多处瘢痕,颈、腋下、腹股沟可扪及蚕豆
Histoplasmosis is a chronic reticuloendothelial system disease caused by capsular histoplasma infection. The hospital admitted in 1985 a case report is as follows: Female, 17 years old.
