本文从焊接理论和焊接实践角度分析焊接回路阻抗对焊机性能和焊接接头质量的影响,以便为今后移动焊轨列车全面推广使用提供借鉴。K系列焊机焊接回路阻抗是一个重要技术指标,它对焊接有效功率、焊机外特性、焊接温度场的建立、烧化稳定性有重大影响。当回路阻抗发生较大变化时,焊机性能也将发生较大改变,此时原型式试验确定的焊接工艺参数与焊机性能不匹配,此情况下的焊接接头质量得不到保证。
