TBM是一种能够快速、优质、高效和安全进行地下工程施工的机械。不同型式的TBM有不同的特点,不同的工程有不同的要求,TBM选型主要根据工程地质和水文地质条件、隧道设计要求、施工进度要求、支护与衬砌形式等综合分析后确定。本文依托某特长斜井隧道工程TBM的选型,针对TBM的类型特征、地层的适应性、掘进速度及安全性等方面进行了深入系统的研究,形成了一套完整的TBM选型办法及相应流程。通过分析论证提出了适应该特长斜井隧道工程的TBM的型式,对类似的斜井及复杂山区同类工程有一定的借鉴作用。
TBM is a machine that can be used for underground construction quickly, with high quality, efficiency and safety. Different types of TBM have different characteristics, different projects have different requirements, TBM selection mainly based on engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions, tunnel design requirements, construction schedule requirements, support and lining forms such as a comprehensive analysis of the identified. In this paper, based on the selection of TBM for a long inclined shaft tunnel project, this paper conducts an in-depth and systematic study on the type characteristics of TBM, the adaptability of strata, the speed and safety of tunneling, and has formed a complete set of TBM selection methods and corresponding Process. Through the analysis and demonstration, this paper puts forward a TBM model suitable for this incline tunnel project, which can be used as a reference for similar inclines and similar projects in complex mountainous areas.
