新形势下我国高校图书馆和资料信息工作,面对市场的挑战和社会的巨大变化,暴露出许多问题需亟待解决。文章针对高校图书馆、资料室的现状和存在的问题,提出了一些具体措施。图书馆、资料室应做到整体规划,分工协作,加快图书、资料网络化的建设,加强专业队伍建设,提高工作效益和服务质量。
Under the new situation, our university library and information and information work, in the face of the challenges of the market and the tremendous changes in society, exposed many problems need to be solved urgently. The article puts forward some concrete measures for the status quo and existing problems of university libraries and reference rooms. Library, reference room should be the overall planning, division of labor collaboration, speed up the construction of books, data network, strengthen the construction of professional team, improve work efficiency and service quality.
