目的:考察头孢唑林钠与替硝唑注射液混合后的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对两药混合后的稳定性进行考察。结果:两药混合后于25℃与35℃观察6h,其外观、pH值及两药含量均无明显变化。结论:两药配伍稳定可配伍应用。
Objective: To investigate the stability of cefazolin sodium and tinidazole injection. Methods: The stability of the two drugs were investigated by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The two drugs mixed at 25 ℃ and 35 ℃ observed 6h, the appearance, pH value and the two drug content did not change significantly. Conclusion: The compatibility of two drugs can be compatible with the application.
