Graves病人体内具有抗甲状腺球蛋白、抗过氧化酶和抗甲状腺促激素等多种抗体,其免疫系统异常与遗传素因强烈有关。但单卵双胞胎研究表明,其甲状腺疾病同病率仅占50%,提示环境因素对疾病表达有制约作用。本文报告一对非血亲夫妇家庭甲状腺疾病集聚情况。病例1,女,1967年(53岁)体检发现弥漫性甲状腺肿和轻度突眼,血清甲状腺素(T_4)和24小时甲状腺放射碘摄取率(RA IU)升高,诊为Graves甲亢。病例2,男,病例1 的丈夫。1968年(54
Graves patients with anti-thyroglobulin, anti-peroxidase and anti-thyroid hormone and other antibodies, the immune system abnormalities and genetic factors strongly related. However, monozygotic twins studies have shown that the same prevalence of thyroid disease accounted for only 50%, suggesting that environmental factors have a restrictive effect on disease expression. This article reports the clustering of thyroid disease in a family of non-blood relatives.
