同志们:由中共中央宣传部、国家广电总局、国家安全生产监管局、全国总工会、共青团中央联合组织开展的第二届“全国安全生产月”活动,已经在各地启动了。今天这次会议,主要是贯彻落实黄菊副总理对开展安全生产月活动的重要批示,进一步动员各地区、各部门、各单位,掀起安全生产月活动的新高潮,通过这项活动,努力营造全社会“关爱生命,关注安全”的舆沦氛围,促进全国安全生产状况的稳定好转。
Comrades: The second “National Month of Safe Production” launched by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, the State Administration of Work Safety, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the Communist Youth League Central Committee has been launched in various places. Today’s meeting is mainly about implementing the important instructions given by Deputy Prime Minister Huang Ju on the month of carrying out work safety activities and further mobilizing all regions, departments and agencies to set off a new upsurge in the month of safe production. Through this activity, efforts have been made to create a Social atmosphere of “caring for life and paying attention to safety” and promoting the steady improvement of the state of work safety.
