目的观察莱利康颗粒对小鼠移植性肿瘤U14、EMT6和Lewis’LC的抑瘤活性。方法常规无菌操作下接种肿瘤于小鼠右腋皮下,24h后开始给药,莱利康颗粒的3个剂量组为2.5、5.0和10.0g/kg,口服给药10~14天,空白对照组服动物室专用水,阳性对照组给CTX(20mg/kg×10-14d,ip)。停药后24h处死动物,剥取瘤结称重,计算抑瘤率。结果CTX对U14和EMT6的抑瘤率分别为59.32%和57.91%,莱利康中剂量组为35.54%和32.92%,高剂量组为51.28%和52.54%。结论与对照组比较,差别非常显著(P<0.001)。
Objective To observe the antitumor activity of Raikangkang Granule to mouse transplanted tumors U14, EMT6 and Lewis’LC.
