研究了常温下复合离子聚合物降滤失剂三种功能基团的类型、比例及聚合物分子量大小与其降滤失效果、抑制性的关系。实验结果表明,合适的基团比例和分子量是复合离子聚合物具有良好降滤失效能的关键,当阳离子基团含量为10%—15%、阴离子基团含量为65%—70%、非离子基团含量为15%—25%时,降滤失效果良好;复合离子降滤失剂同时也具有较强的抑制性,且分子量越高,阳离子基团含量越高,抑制性越强。分子量和基团比例适当的复合离子聚合物降滤失剂,解决了以往降滤失剂降滤失的同时增粘的问题。
The relationship between the type and proportion of three functional groups and the molecular weight of the polymer and the loss-control effect and inhibition of the composite ionomer fluid-loss additive at room temperature was studied. The experimental results show that the proper ratio of groups and molecular weight are the key to the good performance of the composite ionomer. When the content of cationic groups is from 10% to 15% and the content of anionic groups is from 65% to 70% When the content of the groups is 15% -25%, the effect of filtration loss is good. The composite ion filtrate reducer also has strong inhibition, and the higher the molecular weight, the higher the content of cationic groups, the stronger the inhibition. Molecular weight and the proportion of the appropriate group of polymer ion-polymer fluid loss agent, to solve the loss of fluid loss in the past at the same time tackling issues.
