一、概述科研成果的中间试制是研究所科研发展的一个重要阶段。对于有推广价值的科研成果,进行小批量中试,可验证产品工艺的重复性,考验产品质量的可靠性和稳定性;同时为推进科研与生产相结合,为迅速移交工厂进行大批量生产打好基础。我们研制的激光与红外光电产品,从70年代以来,就较注意小批量中试工作。进行过的中试产品有红外双色测温仪、光学膜厚控制仪、微波针灸仪,激光测距仪和YAG晶体等,由于进行了生产工艺技术研究,并对产品的使用前途、市场销售量作了预测,为工厂接产作好准备,因而产品移交后,工厂都取得了较好的经济效益。对于研究中间试制项目的决策与管理,可以从组织形式、工艺与质量管理等不同角度进行探索。本文主要从经营管理角度,研究中试
