在社会主义市场经济的强大推动力下,极大地促进了企业全面预算管理的发展,而全面预算管理也是企业财务资金内部控制的重要手段。加强基于全面预算管理的财务资金内部控制建设,保证企业各项经济活动的顺利进行。本文主要针对基于全面预算管理的财务资金内部控制展开深入的研究,并提出几点切实可行的完善对策。
Under the strong impetus of the socialist market economy, it has greatly promoted the development of the enterprise’s overall budget management, and the overall budget management is also an important means of the internal control of the financial funds of enterprises.
