目的:以浸膏得率、天麻素提取量为指标,考察加醇量、乙醇浓度、提取时间对脑络通颗粒中天麻等药味醇提取工艺的影响。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验法。结果:脑络通颗粒天麻等药味粉碎成粗粉,加60%乙醇回流提取2次,第1次加7倍量回流提取1.5h,第2次加6倍量回流提取1h,此工艺为最佳提取工艺。结论:该提取工艺合理,质量稳定。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the extraction rate of Gastrodia elata Blume and its extracts by using the extraction yield and gastrodin extraction as indexes, Methods: L9 (34) orthogonal test method was used. Results: Cerebrospinal fluid granules such as Gastrodia elata crushed into meal, add 60% ethanol reflux extraction 2 times, the first 7 times the amount of reflux extraction 1.5h, the second plus 6 times the amount of reflux extraction 1h, the process is the most Good extraction process. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and the quality is stable.
