章××,男性,45岁。1979年6月29日入院,住院号21878。患者于入院前约2周自觉左上后牙疼痛,影响咀嚼;并见(?)腭侧有一花生米粒大小的脓肿,自行用手挤压出脓血,并服用“四环素”。次日全身乏力,食欲减退,伴发热,体温37～38℃。1周后,体温突升至38～39℃间,呈稽留热型。并有右胸疼痛、胸闷、气急,呼吸时胸痛加重,经卡那霉素治疗1周无效而急诊入院。

Patients were conscious about left upper and back teeth about 2 weeks prior to admission pain, affecting chewing; and see (?) Palate side of a peanut-sized abscess, squeezing their own hand pus and blood, and taking “tetracycline.” The next day malaise, loss of appetite, with fever, body temperature 37 ~ 38 ℃. One week later, the body temperature suddenly rose to between 38 ~ 39 ℃, and was kept hot. And right chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, chest pain when breathing, kanamycin treatment for 1 week and emergency admission.
