一、復員建設軍人在革命戰爭中有過重大貢獻,他們復員後,將在生產戰綫上繼續發揚革命軍人的優良傳統,成為國家各項社會主義建設和社會主義改造事業中的强大力量。妥善地安置復員建設軍人,使他們各得其所,是各級人民政府和廣大人民羣眾的一項光榮的政治任務。二、復員建設軍人絕大部分原籍有家有業,各地人民政府特別是區、鄉人民政府必須切實負責動員組織他們參加生產。對於他們生產生活上的困難,應當認真就地給予解决。各級幹部和人民羣眾必須尊重他們的榮譽,熱誠關懷他們的政治生活和組織生活,並主動地吸收他們參加鄉村、街道中的各種組織和工作。
I. Demobilization Military personnel have made significant contributions in the revolutionary war. After their demobilization, the demobilized soldiers will continue to carry forward the fine traditions of the revolutionary military personnel on the production front and become powerful forces in various undertakings for the socialist construction and socialist transformation. The proper placement and demobilization of demobilized soldiers so that they can work their own ways is a glorious political task for the people’s government at various levels and the broad masses of the people. Demobilization Most Chinese military personnel have their own homes and businesses. People’s governments at all levels, especially the district and township people’s governments, must actually take charge of mobilizing and organizing them to participate in the production. For their difficulties in production and life, they should be seriously solved on the spot. Cadres and people at all levels must respect their honor, care for their political lives and organize their lives, and take the initiative to assimilate them into the various organizations and work in the villages and streets.
