缩聚法合成了四乙烯五胺-环氧氯丙烷型聚皂(HPTE).粘度法的研究表明,HPTE在水溶液中的构象变化与其分子链上疏水烷基形成的疏水微区有关.以甲基橙为显色探针的紫外-可见光谱研究表明,HPTE与甲基橙的相互作用是分子间(内)的静电吸引和疏水相互作用的共同结果,甲基橙增溶于HPTE的疏水微区中,改变了甲基橙分子的微环境极性,引起甲基橙分子λmax的蓝移.
Polycondensation method Synthesis of tetraethylenepentamine - epichlorohydrin soap (HPTE). Viscosity method studies have shown that the conformational change of HPTE in aqueous solution is related to the hydrophobic microdomains formed by the hydrophobic alkyl groups on the molecular chain. UV-Vis spectra studies using methyl orange as a chromogenic probe show that the interaction of HPTE with methyl orange is a common result of the intermolecular (internal) electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic interaction. Methyl orange solubilizes in HPTE In hydrophobic microdomains, the microenvironmental polarity of methyl orange molecules is changed and the blue shift of λmax of methyl orange molecules is induced.
