近年来,我们上海大屯能源股份有限公司发电厂工会认真学习贯彻中国工会十四大、十五大精神,认真履行工会组织参与企业文化建设的重要职责,做到了全力、全心、全员、全程、全方位参与,其做法参加了全总召开的“全国工会企业文化建设与职工素质工程论坛”的交流,先后获得了国家级企业管理现代化创新成果奖、案例奖等10多个奖项,并被收入企业文化建设教材。
