本文介绍了为CΦP(GSJ)型高速摄影机研制的新型控制台——SK-82高速摄影机控制仪的工作原理、组成及主要技术指标。仪器采用可控硅调速、数字化测速、两路微差时间精确可调的起爆脉冲以及微型单板机进行实时数据处理等先进技术。因而使其具有功能强、使用灵活、同步性能好、测速精度高、能自动打印出结果和拍摄到原控制台难以拍摄到的一些过程等优点。
This paper introduces the working principle, composition and main technical indexes of the new console developed for CΦP (GSJ) high speed camera - SK-82 high-speed camera controller. The instrument adopts the advanced technology of SCR speed control, digitized speed measurement, two kinds of detonation pulse with precise adjustable time difference of two paths and the real-time data processing of micro single board machine. Therefore, it has the advantages of strong function, flexible use, good synchronization performance, high speed accuracy, automatic printing of the result and shooting of some processes difficult to shoot by the original console.
