尽管我们对原发性青光眼有了进一步的了解,但对其病因和促发因素尚不清楚。小梁纤维含有粘多糖。粘多糖的水化作用可使小梁网间隙变窄,致使房水流出阻力增加。然而,粘多糖的脱水作用可使小梁网开畅,眼压下降。粘多糖这种脱水作用可由溶酶体释放的蛋白水解酶引起,而维生素A与溶酶体释放蛋白水解酶有关。因此,小梁网内维生素A作用于粘多糖对眼内压力的调节可能起着重要作用。
Although we have a better understanding of primary glaucoma, its etiology and triggers are unknown. Trabecular fibers contain mucopolysaccharide. The mucopolysaccharide hydration can narrow the trabecular meshwork, resulting in increased aqueous outflow resistance. However, the mucopolysaccharide dehydration can open the trabecular meshwork, intraocular pressure drop. The mucopolysaccharide dehydration can be caused by lysosomal release of proteolytic enzymes, while vitamin A is associated with lysosomal release of proteolytic enzymes. Therefore, the role of vitamin A in trabecular meshwork on the regulation of intraocular pressure may play an important role.
