又是一年春风暖,又是“两会”召开时。住房改革、收入分配改革、食品安全、社会管理创新、关怀女性利益……一个个众人瞩目的民生热点、一个个吸引眼球的社会话题、一个个引人深思的尖锐观点,既是今年“两会”代表关注的焦点,也是我刊记者在“两会”上捕捉的镜头。一切关乎民生的社会问题的解决只能本着一个标准:不能与民争利。所有政策法律的制定出台也只能本着一个原则:让百姓得到实惠。唯有如此,温家宝总理在“两会”上的一句话才能让百姓拥有信心,而“信心就像太阳一样,充满光明和希望”。
