中国智库建设面临一个全新的发展时机,宜春智库的发展要牢牢把握此契机,对比我国智库发展现状,宜春智库发展还比较薄弱,存在研究人员数量较少,沟通协调较少,研究队伍有待加强,研究成果转化率低等问题。因此,我市要全面整合现有资源,培育后备人才,形成一套科学的管理机制,加大对智库建设的财政支持。
The development of China’s think tank is facing a brand new development opportunity. The development of Yichun think tank should firmly grasp this opportunity. Compared with the development of China’s think tank, the development of Yichun think tank is still relatively weak. There are fewer researchers, communication and coordination, and research teams need to be strengthened , Low conversion rate of research results and other issues. Therefore, the city should fully integrate existing resources, cultivate reserve personnel, form a scientific management mechanism and increase financial support for the construction of think tanks.
