目的了解深圳市宝安区苯系物在企业中的使用情况及相关人员的健康状况,为苯系物急慢性职业中毒预防控制提供科学依据。方法收集2006—2011年度深圳市宝安区职业卫生服务现场职业病危害因素监测数据及健康检查资料,对相关企业苯系物的危害情况及危害特点进行统计分析。对接触苯系物作业工人的健康资料进行统计分析。结果有61.5%的企业使用到了苯系物,所占构成比最高的几类企业分别是电子类(29.3%)、五金类(23.1%)、傢俬类(21.3%)及印刷类(20.1%),分析结果表明喷油位、印刷位、调漆位、粘胶位、清洗位均是接触苯系物最多的岗位。健康检查人员共146 624人,其中查出职业禁忌证人员1 045人,确诊的职业病人有35例。结论电子、五金等多类企业存在使用苯系物的情况,相关工作岗位应加强苯系物的监督监测、作业人员的中毒预防及健康监护工作。
Objective To understand the use of benzene series products in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City and the health status of related personnel so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of acute and chronic benzene poisoning occupational poisoning. Methods The monitoring data and health check-up data of occupational hazards at occupational health service site in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City during 2006-2011 were collected, and the hazard and harm characteristics of benzene series products in related enterprises were statistically analyzed. The health data of workers exposed to benzene series were statistically analyzed. As a result, 61.5% of the enterprises used benzene series, accounting for 29.3%, 23.1%, 21.3% and printing (20.1%) of electronics, The results show that the injection position, printing position, paint leveling position, adhesive position, cleaning position are the most contact with benzene benzene positions. There were 146,624 health examiners, of whom 1,045 were identified as occupational contraindications and 35 were diagnosed with occupational diseases. Conclusions The use of benzene series substances exists in many enterprises such as electronics and hardware industries. Supervision and monitoring of benzene series substances and poisoning prevention and health monitoring of operators should be strengthened in related work positions.
