先天性心脏病心内膜垫缺损(ECD)作为威胁围生儿及新生儿生命以及降低长期生存患者生活质量的危险因素。选择适当的方法早期诊断并积极治疗,是降低该病病死率及并发症发生率的前提。从最初的M型超声,到二维超声、多普勒超声、心脏声学造影、经食管超声以及目前研究的实时三维超声心动图,随着技术的不断改进提高了ECD的无创诊断率。作为ECD分型诊断的重要检查方法,超声心动图为临床提供了更加翔实而准确的信息。
Endocardial Dysplasia (ECD) as a congenital heart disease is a risk factor for life-threatening perinatal and neonatal life and for reducing quality of life in long-term survivors. Select the appropriate method of early diagnosis and active treatment is to reduce the mortality and complications of the premise. From initial M-mode ultrasound to two-dimensional ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, cardiac contrast echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and the current study of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography, the non-invasive diagnosis of ECD has been improved as technology continues to improve. As an important diagnostic method of ECD, echocardiography provides more accurate and accurate information for clinic.
