本文研究了采用2—羟基—5—仲辛二苯甲酮肟(简称N_(510))的磺化煤油溶液从硝酸体系中萃取铅的机理,并用红外光谱确证,确定了萃合物的组成为PbA_2,同时对铅的萃取条件和负载有机相的反萃条件进行了筛选。含铅废水的萃取实验及萃余液的液相色谱实验结果:所含铅量及所含N_(510)量均低于国家排放标准。
In this paper, the mechanism of extracting lead from nitric acid system by using sulfonated kerosene solution of 2-hydroxy-5-sec-octylbenzophenone oxime (abbreviated as N_ (510)) was studied. The composition of the extract As PbA_2, the extraction conditions of lead and the stripping conditions of loaded organic phase were screened. The results of the extraction experiment of leaded wastewater and the liquid chromatogram of the raffinate showed that the amount of lead contained and the amount of N_ (510) contained were all lower than the national discharge standards.
