通过对我国建筑企业薪酬管理状况的研究,发现现行企业薪酬管理制度存在的诸多问题。从在国外企业中被广泛应用的宽带薪酬管理制度的特征和优势分析入手,说明我国建筑企业实行宽带薪酬管理制度的可行性。本文同时提示在企业外部成长环境和内部文化环境存在客观差异的前提下,我国建筑企业在选择宽带薪酬管理制度时还要对其适用性因素给予充分考虑。
Through the research on the status of pay management in construction enterprises in our country, we found many problems existing in the current pay management system of enterprises. Starting with the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the broadband payroll management system widely used in foreign enterprises, this article shows the feasibility of implementing the broadband payroll management system in China's construction enterprises. At the same time, this article suggests that under the premise of objective difference between the external growth environment and the internal cultural environment, the construction enterprises in our country should give full consideration to their applicability factors when they choose the broadband pay management system.
