玩过电脑的人都应该知道电脑病毒、木马、恶意代码这些名词,对付它们的有效武器就是防火墙--在电脑未感染这些病毒的时候,将之拒之门外。否则,等感染之后再亡羊补牢,已经悔之晚矣。同样的道理,我觉得人民的生命和财产也需要一道有效的防火墙,可以在天灾人祸到来的时候,形成一道良好的屏障,至少应该可以减少损失。遗憾的是,我们目前的防火墙并不有效。这是人民政府的失职,责任在政府,不在人民。从历次洪涝、地震、火灾、非典、禽流感、毒奶粉这些天灾人祸来看,政府好像喜欢轰轰烈烈的救灾, Anyone who has played a computer should know the names of viruses, trojans, malicious code, and the like, and the only effective weapon against them is the firewall - shutting it out when the computer is not infected.
