1 资料与方法1.1 资料1992年8月～1995年7月,选自妇科门诊不规则出血诊刮病理证实为无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(简称无排卵型功血)病人24例.病理结果为增生期5例,增生过长8例,腺囊型增生过长11例.年龄28～53岁,平均41.5岁,40岁以上16例,占66.7%.发病时间1个月～11年,平均12.2月.妇科及B超检查均无明显器质性疾患.1.2 方法 24例刮宫止血后分两组给药,每组12例.Ⅰ组于周期第5天服炔诺酮5mg/d,连续20天.以后周期第5天服3.75mg/d20天、2.5mg/d20天,3周期为1疗程.Ⅱ组于周期第16天服安宫黄体酮10mg/d连续10天,以后周期16天同样服法,亦3周期为1疗程.Ⅰ组1疗程5例,2疗程6例,3疗程1例;Ⅱ组1疗程9例,2疗程2例,3疗程1例.第1疗程结束后,均于停药1～2月内进行经前再次诊刮,复查内膜转化情况.疗程结束后随访BBT及月经,随访时间3～21个月,平均11.2月.2 结果2.1 病理转化 24例治疗前后子宫内膜病理转化见
