凋亡抑制因子survivin是近年来发现的凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族新成员,survivin蛋白具有调节细胞分化和抑制凋亡功能。在多数恶性肿瘤组织中表达丰富,但在相应正常成人组织中不表达,这种选择性表达特性使其成为目前恶性肿瘤诊断和治疗的新靶点。survivin的表达在多种肿瘤中可以作为预后不良的标志。本文就靶向survivin肿瘤治疗方面的研究进展作简要综述。
Survivin, an inhibitor of apoptosis, is a new member of apoptosis-inhibiting protein (IAP) family discovered in recent years. Survivin has the function of regulating cell differentiation and inhibiting apoptosis. It is abundant in most malignant tumors and not expressed in the corresponding normal adult tissues. This selective expression makes it a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. Survivin expression can be used as a marker of poor prognosis in a variety of tumors. This article reviews the progress of research on survivin tumor therapy.
