采用有限元方法,定量分析了电子束焊接工艺参数与铍环内表面温度的关系。结果表明,加热深度或电子束斑点半径增加,内表面温度增加,焊接速度增加,内表面温度降低。
The relationship between electron beam welding process parameters and inner surface temperature of beryllium rings was quantitatively analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the heating depth or electron beam spot radius increases, the inner surface temperature increases, the welding speed increases, the inner surface temperature decreases.
