谁都知道遇到突发疾病或遭遇意外伤害时要打120,可拿起电话后,如何用最简洁的话语让急救人员准确了解各种信息,为挽救生命争取时间呢?并不是每个人都能做到的。据有关调查,有30%的人拨打120时不知如何正确表述,另有八成人打完电话后只能干等。北京急救中心调度指挥中心副主任鲁强表示,拨打120时,地址、简要病情、病人相关信息是最重要的。在危急关头,慌张、恐惧在所难免,但应尽量保持镇静,讲话清晰简练,以确保接线员能听清楚。
