患者男,18岁,1986年5月23日入院。患者约12岁始身高明显高于同龄人,精力充沛,臂力过人。15岁身高达198cm(未测体重),17岁被吸收到湖北省体校篮球班,当时身高198cm,体重95kg,自觉体力良好。但至18岁始感体力下降,训练时感心慌、胸闷、气促。无头痛、呕吐,自觉无视力、视野异常。体检:身高201.5cm,体重104.5kg,T36.4℃,R20次/分,BPl4.7/8.0kPa。甲状腺不肿大。两肺呼吸音清晰,心界向左下扩大,心率80次/分,律齐, 心音较低钝、无杂声。肝肋下1cm,无压痛,脾未及。
Male patient, 18 years old, admitted to hospital on May 23, 1986. About 12 years old patients were significantly higher than their peers, energetic, extraordinary strength. 15-year-old body up to 198cm (not measured weight), 17-year-old was absorbed into the Hubei Provincial Sports School basketball class, was 198cm tall and weighing 95kg, consciously good physical. However, at the age of 18, physical decline, feeling of panic during training, chest tightness, shortness of breath. No headache, vomiting, consciously without vision, abnormal vision. Physical examination: height 201.5cm, weight 104.5kg, T36.4 ℃, R20 beats / min, BPl4.7 / 8.0kPa. Thyroid does not enlarge. Breath sounds clear two lungs, heart expand to the lower left, heart rate 80 beats / min, law Qi, lower heart sound blunt, no noise. Liver ribs 1cm, no tenderness, spleen and time.
