对几个水陆稻品种用β射线仪测定了叶片的水分状况。田间种植的几个品种定位测定的叶片鲜重值,表现了很好的重复性,说明仪器的工作稳定可靠。叶片中部的鲜重值,接近4个在全叶均匀分布的测点的平均值,因此,可以用叶片中部测定的鲜重代表全叶的平均鲜重。抗旱性较强的品种秦爱,失水慢,卷叶迟;另两个抗旱性强的品种63—83,Kalakeri则失水快,卷叶早;但在干旱处理结束对盆土灌水后,秦爱、63—83和 Kalakeri 的叶片吸水速度都比抗旱性弱的品种 Lalsaita、新雪和 TN 1快。
Several hydroponic rice varieties were assayed for leaf moisture by beta-ray spectroscopy. Field cultivation of several varieties of positioning determination of the fresh weight of leaves, showed good repeatability, indicating that the work of the instrument is stable and reliable. The fresh weight value in the middle of the leaf is close to the average of 4 measuring points evenly distributed in the whole leaf. Therefore, the fresh weight measured in the middle of the leaf can represent the average fresh weight of the whole leaf. Qin Aai, a drought-tolerant variety, slow dehydration, delayed leaf rolling; the other two drought-resistant varieties 63-83, Kalakeri fast loss of water, early leaf roll; but in the basin after the end of drought irrigation, Qin Ai, 63-83 and Kalakeri leaf water absorption rate than drought-resistant varieties Lalsaita, snow and TN 1 fast.
