20世纪90年代末期,随着北京新世界中心,庄胜崇光百货广场、东方广场的陆续建成开业,内地逐渐形成了一批业态复合度较高、规模面积较大且经营较成功Mall。在这批成功者的引导下内地各个城市都开始兴建各自的购物中心。内地Mall初步形成。而如今购物中心已经发展到了第三层面,即娱乐化与体验式的层面,这也是这也是商业行为未来的走势,购物中心的第三层面发展主要呈现为三个典型定位特征,即高端商业定位、时尚体验式商业定位和家庭体验式商业定位。我们将分别举例,点评10大最受关注的购物中心。(以下排名不分先后)
