瑞典不良反应顾问委员会(ＳＡＥＲＡＣ)自1989年4月～2000年3月间收到了6例在氯氮平(ｃｌｏｚａｐｉｎｅ)治疗期间出现肺栓塞和6例出现静脉栓塞的报告,有5例不良反应是致命的。这些病例中有9例男性和3例女性,年龄在25～59岁之间。在氯氮平治疗的头3个月有8例出现静脉栓塞并发症
Six cases of pulmonary embolism and 6 cases of venous thromboembolism during clozapine treatment were reported in the SAERAC from April 1989 to March 2000. Five of the adverse reactions were deadly. In these cases there are 9 males and 3 females, aged 25 to 59 years old. In the first 3 months of clozapine treatment there were 8 cases of venous thromboembolic complications
