目的:以火棘果实为材料,寻找火棘多糖的超声提取的最佳条件。方法:以火棘多糖含量为考察指标,用苯酚-硫酸法进行含量测定,通过L9(34)正交试验,对提取时间、超声波频率、提取温度、粉碎粒度等因素进行考察。结果:影响火棘多糖提取率的因素依次为超声功率>粒度>料液比>超声时间;最佳提取工艺为粒度20目,料液比1:20,超声功率400W,提取80min,提取2次。结论:该提取工艺快速,简便,结果稳定,具有较高的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To search the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction of Pyracantha fortuneana by using Pyracantha fortuneana as material. Methods: Pyracantha fortuneana polysaccharides content as index, phenol - sulfuric acid method for the determination of content, by L9 (34) orthogonal test, the extraction time, ultrasonic frequency, extraction temperature, particle size and other factors were investigated. Results: The factors affecting the extraction rate of Pyracantha fortuneana were ultrasonic power> particle size> solid-liquid ratio> ultrasonic time. The optimum extraction process was particle size 20 mesh, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, ultrasonic power 400W, extraction 80min, . Conclusion: The extraction process is rapid, simple and stable with high application value.
