本文对首钢二高炉(516m~3)移地大修进行技术改造成为新二号高炉(1327m~3),于1979年12月15日投产后逐步走向正常生产的情况作了一般叙述,并列出1981年以来新二号高炉逐月达到的平均生产水平.对大修改造设计中采用的新技术如无钟炉顶、皮带上料、上料自动控制、高压炉顶、顶燃热风炉、高炉喷煤粉,汽化冷却及消烟除尘等分别进行了简要介绍.重点对无钟炉顶布料的初步实践经验做了分析,并预测了无钟布料及顶燃热风炉的前景.最后提出新二号高炉生产第一年已经回收投资54%,说明技术改造的经济效果良好.
In this paper, the technical transformation of Shougang second blast furnace (516m ~ 3) relocation overhaul into a new No. 2 blast furnace (1327m ~ 3) was put on a general basis and gradually went to normal production after it was put into operation on December 15, 1979 The average production level attained by the new No. 2 BF since the year of 1981. The new technologies used in the overhaul and transformation design such as bellless top, belt feeding, automatic feeding, high pressure top, top burning hot blast stove, blast furnace spray Pulverized coal, vaporization cooling and smoke and dust removal were briefly introduced.The emphasis is on the preliminary practical experience of the bell-less roof fabric, and forecasted the prospects of bell-less fabric and overhead burning stove.Finally, In the first year of blast furnace production, 54% of the investment has been recovered, indicating that the economic effect of technological transformation is good.
