人教版的小学数学的教学教材深刻贯彻新课标所提倡的“以人为本”的教育教学理念,无论是在内容方面还是在结构的编排方面都不断根据时代的变化而进行改进更新,体现新课标要求,严格遵循学生们的实际需要。本文紧紧围绕新课标精神,在分析当前小学数学教学实践中的现状的基础上,分析其存在的问题,然后在全面落实国家中长期教育改革和发展目标,推进教育改革和发展提供理论的支撑下,根据自己的知识以及对相关文献的研究,提出改进的对策,希望给予有关部门一定的借鉴。
