处在青少年阶段的运动员,是身体素质打基础的最佳阶段。此阶段基础打的是否牢固,将会影响今后的整个运动生涯。功能性训练的出现改变了传统力量训练的效率,提高了训练质量,减少训练时间,变的更加有针对性,且越来越科学。给青少年在成长阶段中提供了所需的身体训练,促进其良好的发育。青少年不同身体素质的发育快速增长期不同,功能性训练可以给予其适当的运动强度与负荷,能有更好的训练效果。本文旨在从功能训练的的实操价值、特征以及应对策略进行阐述。
Athletes in adolescence are the best stages to lay the foundation for physical fitness. This stage is based on a solid fight, will affect the future of the entire sports career. The emergence of functional training has changed the efficiency of traditional strength training, improve the quality of training, reduce training time, become more targeted, and more and more scientific.
