1病例报告患者男,49岁。主因阴囊疼痛、肿胀伴发热3天就诊。既往有糖尿病病史十余年。查体:体温39.7℃,脉搏80/min,呼吸20次/min,血压120/76mmHg;心肺及腹部未见明显异常。阴囊肿胀,双侧阴囊底部皮肤坏死,阴囊上部有握雪感及捻发音,左侧腹股沟区及耻骨上亦可触及捻发音,双侧睾丸、附睾及输精管未见异常。实验室检查:血白细胞计数19.7×109/L,中 A case report Male patient, 49 years old.
