票据付款提示期限是指法律上规定的持票人请求付款人支付票据金额的期间。为了促使持票人及时行使票据权利,保护票据权利人、票据债务人的合法权利,我国《票据法》对每一种票据的付款提示期限都做了明确规定,即:见票即付的汇票,自出票日起1个月内向付款人提示付款;定日付款、出票后定期付款或者见票后定期付款的汇票,自到期日起10日内向承兑人提示付款;支票的持票人应当自出票日起10日内提示付款;本票自出票日起,付款期限最长不得超过2个月。如果超过了付款提示期限,将会给持票
Ticket payment reminder period refers to the legally required bearer to pay the bill amount paid by the payment period.
