通过研究过去医疗诊断辅助系统(CADS)设计中存在的问题,分析其在临床应用中存在的缺陷,提出一套新型系统的设计方案。运用多元检测理论,利用最大后验概率(MAP)判别准则,把以往累积的经验和知识以规则的形式存入计算机内,建立知识库,用贝叶斯概率分析理论的方式对疾病进行医疗诊断。统计数据表明,该系统具有较高的准确率。由诊断系统和患者信息系统两部分组成的CADS能够很好地满足临床的需求,较好地实现了计算机信息技术在医学诊疗领域的应用。
By studying the problems existing in the design of medical diagnostic support system (CADS) in the past and analyzing its defects in clinical application, a new system design scheme is proposed. Using multiple detection theory, using maximum posterior probability (MAP) criteria, the accumulated experience and knowledge in a regular form into the computer, the establishment of a knowledge base, the Bayesian Probability Analysis theory of the medical diagnosis of the disease . Statistics show that the system has a high accuracy. The CADS composed of the diagnosis system and the patient information system can meet the clinical needs well and realize the application of computer information technology in the field of medical diagnosis and treatment.
