                                 磁力选矿方法,是当前国内外用来处理贫铁矿和贫锰矿的重要手段之一。近年来,国外的磁选技术有了很大的发展。我国在新建与扩建的选矿厂中,有很多采用了以磁选为主的生产流程,并进行了许多试验研究工作,取得了一定的成效。为了进一步提高磁选技术水平,改善磁选选别指标,本文拟从磁选机理方面对磁选机选别指标影响的主要因素加以分析讨论。关于磁选设备的改进意见拟另文探讨。
Magnetism beneficiation method is one of the important methods used to deal with iron-poor and manganese-depleted ore at home and abroad. In recent years, foreign magnetic separation technology has made great progress. In our new and expanded concentrator, many of them adopted the production process mainly based on magnetic separation, carried out many experimental research work and achieved certain results. In order to further improve the magnetic separation technology and improve the magnetic separation selection index, this paper intends to analyze and discuss the main factors that influence the magnetic separation machine selection criteria from the aspect of magnetic separation mechanism. Improvement suggestions on magnetic separation equipment are to be discussed separately.
