本文通过炉缸区域热平衡,喷吹燃料后炉缸煤气量及矿批和焦批体积等计算,说明高炉加大喷吹量后燃料利用恶化的原因。 同时,用一些计算结果对比说明,高炉喷吹重油和煤粉对炉缸燃烧温度和炉缸气生成量的影响是不同的。实行油煤共喷,可改善喷吹燃料利用,加大喷吹量、进一步降低焦比。
In this paper, the heat balance in the hearth area, the amount of gas in the hearth after the fuel is injected, the volume of the ore batch and the coke batch, etc., indicate the reasons for the deteriorated fuel utilization after the blast furnace increases the injection amount. In the meantime, with the comparison of some calculation results, it shows that the effect of blowing blast furnace heavy oil and pulverized coal on the combustion temperature of the hearth and the gas generation of hearth is different. Implementation of a total of coal injection, can improve the use of injection fuel, increase the amount of injection, and further reduce the coke ratio.
