ISO于1992年12月15日发布ISO 5730固定式焊接锅壳锅炉建造规程,该标准的标准草案经两轮投票,于1990年2月24日通过。有关该标准的介绍见本刊1992年第1期。在恢复我国《关税贸易总协定》(GATT)缔约国前夕,发布这项标准对我国锅炉安全监察、制造和运行工作所起的深远影响不可忽视,特别在我国已等同采用ISO 9000系列标准,要求我国锅炉安全监察时的质量管理体系运行监督(见劳锅字[1989]5号文)应以ISO9000系列标准为依据。
