收入差距的逐渐扩大是现阶段我国的客观实际。如何在收入差距扩大的背景下,保持我国经济的持久、快速增长,是现阶段我们所面临的重大课题。本文从我国收入差距扩大的客观背景出发,从供给、需求两方面进行研究,并得出结论:保持经济持续、稳步增长的条件是,潜在的投资能力能够顺利地转化为现实的投资。为此,应从完善保障制度,促进民间投资、关注中小企业发展,减少投资风险、开拓新市场,促进投资增加等方面入手,来促进经济增长。
The gradual expansion of the income gap is an objective reality in our country at this stage. How to maintain the long-term and rapid growth of our economy under the background of widening income disparity is an important issue that we are facing at this stage. Based on the objective background of expanding income gap in our country, this paper studies from the supply and demand sides and concludes that the condition for sustained and steady economic growth is that the potential investment ability can be successfully converted into real investment. To this end, economic growth should be promoted by improving the security system, promoting private investment, focusing on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, reducing investment risks, developing new markets and boosting investment.
