分析了汽车工厂焊接车间生产工艺特点及焊接烟尘、焊接烟羽产生机理。计算机三维数字化模拟仿真及工程实际应用结果表明,整体通风除尘空调系统的除尘效果好于常规通风空调系统,节能减排效果明显。
The characteristics of production process and welding fumes and the mechanism of welding plume are analyzed in the automobile factory. Computer three-dimensional digital simulation and engineering application show that the overall dust removal air conditioning system dust removal effect is better than conventional ventilation and air conditioning system, energy-saving emission reduction effect is obvious.
