集成光学声光可调谐滤波器 (IntegratedAcousto opticTunableFilter,IAOTF)的滤波特性对外界环境温度的变化特别敏感 ,因此可以将声光可调谐滤波器 (AOTF)滤波特性的中心频率的变化作为已知条件 ,反过来判断外界环境温度的变化。利用这一思想 ,制成了基于集成光学声光可调谐滤波器的温度传感器。这种新型的温度传感器测温范围在 - 4 0℃到 15 0℃之间 ,精度能达到 0 0 0 1℃ ,更重要的是能做成分布型的温度传感器组 ,进行远程集中监控 ,这些优点使得这种新型的温度传感器在高精度和分布式温度传感领域具有重要的应用价值
